A Cause for Tea presents a sourdough bread workshop!

Date: Thursday, October 16th

Time: 10am - 12pm

Class Title: Sourdough Bread

Class Description: Students will have a hands-on experience of the whole overnight process of making a sourdough boule in a setting of two hours. Learning about the fermented starter, ingredients, helpful tools, shaping and scoring, students will enjoy a bread tasting, take home the recipe, a starter, and two take-and-bake items that they've created.

Please arrive at 9:15. Guests need to bring an apron, a covered baker or Dutch oven, and a tote bag for their supplies.
